  • We do not store these contacts.

  • We do not share any information coming from the /feeds scope.

  • We also may collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site).  For example, this aggregate data tells us how often customers use parts of the Website, so that we can make the Website appealing to as many customers as possible.  We may also provide this aggregate information to our partners, so that they can understand how often people use their services and our Website, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal online experience.

  • Note that we also automatically access data from your Google Calendars every time a “Sync” takes place. A Sync is where we automatically transmit data that exists in your Google Calendars to your Timekit account. Syncs take place on three occasions:

  • First, a Sync takes place when you sign up to Timekit with your Google account. This Sync enables us to identify your calendars and allows you to set which calendars we transmit data from.

  • Second, a Sync takes place when you choose to Sync your Google account with your Timekit  account.

  • Finally, a Sync takes place when you input an event into a Google Calendar that is already Synced with your Timekit account.

C. E-mail Communications:

We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make emails more interesting and improve our service.  If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference by disabling “booking notifications” in your account settings or sending an email to yourfriends@timekit.io requesting to be unsubscribed.
