With a Team Project, your customers will be able to book an appointment from a group of service providers, without having to click around multiple landing pages; all relevant service providers' availability are presented in the same project.
Start by creating a new app or go to an app that's already on a pro price plan or above. This is done by navigation to 'manage apps' in the sidebar menu and creating or selecting a Pro or above app.
Press on the 'Resources' link in the left sidebar navigation to go to your resource page, if you need to add additional resources that subsequently needs to be a part of your team project. This can also be down later.
Otherwise, press on the 'Projects' link in the left sidebar to go to your projects page. Here you can either edit your projects or create a new project by pressing the 'Create project' button in the top right corner.
Choose a name and your booking type, then click 'Create'.
You can now set up your display names and other options from your project page. Since we are setting up a team project, we are going to navigate to 'Availability'.
Now, search for and pick the people relevant for this particular project. Note that bookings will be assigned in ascending priority from the list of people, who's availability is added. You can also configure availability for each member as you go along.
(The final steps are similar to setting up any other project)
Create reminders that go out to your customers at specific times, and write a catchy subject line.
Finally, create the hosted page slug, preview the project to make sure everything looks OK, and then copy the embed code of the project and place it on your website.
Hurray! Now your customers can book an appointment from a group of people, without having to click around multiple landing pages. All relevant service providers' availability are presented in the same project.
